Just noticed that I didn't log friday's work. on Friday, we took 20 minutes to work up to a heavy triple back squat. I hit 315 and ran out of time. Afterwards we did a "strong medley" of sorts.
80yd prowler push 125#
3 clean and jerks to overhead walk for 80yd 135 (185 last round)
farmer carry 80# DB's 80yd
for 5 rounds, the distance got shorter each round in this fashion 80-60-40-30-30. That was a really good conditioning workout! I really need to use the prowler more!
