Todd, F+ on your failure to blog tonight. Tonight, I did some mid hang snatches at 135, I know really weak but you are talking to the former most pussy snatch mother fucker ever. I then did 3x3 power cleans at 185. then I did snatch grip dead lift at 225 3x5. then 5x3 stiff leg dead lifts at 205. I then topped it all off with bicep curls and tricep extensions.......... why, cause I could.
I did not sprint tonight, my cousin came over to work out and my lifts took a little longer than planned. I will be building two lifting platforms this weekend as well as moving my stud bar and roof storage. The gym will be reborn, it needs to be reorganized now that I have more equipment.
