Scott and Todd miss training together. Scott lives in Las Vegas and Todd lives in BFE. We have been sending workouts back forth to each other for a few months now and have decided to post our creations and advice here. I have asked Todd to write out some programming for me and I will be posting all of my workouts and meals here. I hope we can help everyone learn a few things here.

Blahh
Tired and busy, will update full on soon. Nothing impressive, I feel a little bit out of energy. I sleep plenty, do you think bigger meals can help? Is four lifts a day to much volume? Do I just need to adjust to this from crossfit? Power snatch at 135 3x3 hang power clean at 175 3x3 deadlift 3x5 345, good mornings @ 95 yesterday. I am sore everywere, it makes me happy, I just don't know where my energy went? Suggestions?

Hmmmm, I think with this I recommed a black box approach (your own experiement). I don't know what you are eating so off of the cuff I say yes, eat more! remember we were doing much less in a overloaded state than we are now. CF is a S & C program that is light on S and heavy on the C...Also, I had been feeling the same way so I took into account that all these lifter suplement for a reason...this might be it, so I have added a pre-workout supplement on those days that I am not feeling energetic liek a jacked 3d or something. Might be worth a try huh? I'm using one by muscle pharm (forget the name)....
