So this am I decided to see if I could get it in at the hotel gym. The space is about the size of a SUV and lucky for me there was another patron using it as well. I hit the dumbells rack with a vengeance and opened with 35# DB curls. I did sets of 10,8,6. I had a plan to do a " death by DB complex (power clean, front squat, push press, push jerk) I made it to 4 minutes and figured out that the complex was taking too long to get very far in the process so then I continued on with a complex on the minute for 15 minutes. I finished with DB goblet box squats for 3 reps on the minute for 10 minutes. I used this to get some direct hamstring work sitting way back til shins were beyond perpendicular. Oh for the complex I used 45# DBs and the box squats was 50# DB. Give me something good Scott...
