Hey Scott! I know your busy but I'm heading on vay-cay tomorrow night to visit grandma.
Yesterday
Press second week of second cycle. Did 3x120, 3x130,and 5x145. During the workout I did 6 sets of 10 dips, and I finished with snatch at 160 for 4 sets of 2.
This morning everything felt heavy! I started with my power cleans for 3 sets of 3. I was supposed to do 5 sets but the weight was challenging me so I am going to stay here and add volume. Next ill hit 4 sets etc. Next I went straight to my deads. My first set was 3x265, 3x300 and my last set was as many as possible at 340. I got 8, I should of did 10 :(. Throughout the workout I managed 4x20 an wheel roll outs (knees). That was the morning. After work being mad at myself for being a pussy I went down and did 10x2 (emom for 10 minutes) box squat with 225. I finished with 3x17 barbell shrugs with 225 (from floor). Have a good night! I may do bench press tomorrow as I may be in flux on Thursday. Holla!
