Attack the hill!

Just for you Scott, I decided to post a picture of my hill.  This is my small one, my plan is to work up to 10 reps and then transition to my bigger one.  When I do that, I will drop myy reps back down to 5-6 and wrk my way back up.  After that, I will come back to this one and increase the distance I sprint etc...

Today was the start of week 4 of my Wendler 531 program.  On week 4 it is the de-load week so the weights are light.  It came at a great time because I have this trip to Cali so I won't be so bothered if I can't find a gym.  If that is the case I will be doing BW stuff and copious amounts of 300M shuttle runs.  Have you done them before?  Basically you set a course of 50M and you ssprint it 6 times.  Fucking horrible LOL.  Anywho...on to the work.
