Disney gyms suck!

Ok... Quick one Scott. Today is supposed to be Wendler 531 week 4. This is the De-load week where each movement is done for 5 reps at 40%, 50%, and 60%. Since I am on travel and at the mercy of a hotel gym, I will be lucky to do any %, so once again I hover in the realm of conditioning This morning I subbed stairs for hills. My hotel has 6 floors with 90 steps. I proceeded to do the stairs for 10 reps with a recovery to HR 120 BPM. It was good but no cigar. Let see what tomorrow brings I hope you hit it hard for the both of us.
