My last real workout was Friday, It was my squat day, and I had a client coming over so didn't have time for much else.
Warmed up with 45x10, 5x140, 5x180, and 3x215
My work sets were 5x230, 5x265 and then 5+ at 300. I met my goal and set a PR at 12!
Saturday, I woke up and coached Holly through her max effort stuff and then we celebrated the boy's Birthday!!!!
I did a small workout of 3x3:00 jump ropeand some bag work.
I have done everything in that video except parachuting in water and jumping in ice water. That is what makes those fuckers crazy. I hate cold water. Shot with a team guy a few weeks ago, needless to say I had more pistol skills.
