Still got a motor

I took a few days off, kinda. I had to help everyone I know in Las Vegas move the last few weeks, or at least it seems that way. Minimum alcohol intake this weekend was a good idea. Last night I felt like running just to see if I could still put some miles on without dying. I am not sure what distance I ran, but I ran for 45 minutes. My goal was to run to my brothers and back, but I made it to his house in 15 minutes so I kept on moving. I still feel pretty fast on distance runs.

I came back and did a few sets of max reps GHD sit ups and stretched. Got up to walk the dogs today and I am a little sore. I think I am going to continue my strength training and conditioning, but I also want to add one body building exercise a day? 3x10 to get a little more size, women like size! What do you think?

    I think hypertrophy is good. For all of the guys I train that want to be stronger and bigger I always recommend 5/3/1 with his boring but big protocol. Basically do whatever work sets you got and then drop the load to about 50-60% of your max load and do 5 sets of 10. The vloume will add some size. Do that! come to the 5/3/1 side again :)
