Find 1RM back squat...hohum 405, less than I wanted but its fine
Find 1RM floor press...300, had more in the tank but wanted to get on with it lol4 x 2:00 rounds to sprint a 200 M and then AMRAP 135 shoulder to overhead...like 57 reps total
Tuesday-
find 5RM deadlift 405
EMOM for 12:00
1 power clean @ 3RM
5 Chest to bar pullups
completed, scaled to regular pullups about halfway through. Also use 10# less than my true 3RM..
Body, PC is beat!
Wednesday-
Back to work but we rest...
