As per usual Monday morning I am still a little groggy and hung over. I started with 5-3-1 back squats 195, 225 and ended with 4@ 245, I should have done way more, but I was barely motivated enough to tie my shoes today.
After squats I went and did a little run and felt better. I did the workout 1 push press 1 pull up, 3 push press 3 pull ups, 5 push press 5 pull ups. I used 147lbs was my 70% so I bumped it to 150lbs because I do not have fractional plates. I completed 5 + 3push press, 3 pull ups. I love this workout, wish I had more motivation today. I will now go to work and be tired and dread the fact that I have to come home and write a paper.
What kind of paper? I can have my son write it for you, he is smart! I felt blah today too, IDK if it is remnants of last week still, but I approached this workout like I was on methadone...Oh well, tomorrow should have deadlifts in it so I will be fine :)
ReplyDeleteA paper about the governments response to Hurricane Katrina, 8 pages double spaced so it's not that bad, I have two pages done. I always procrastinate, I just wish I would have slept more yesterday.
