White Russian....you figure it out

Today was short and fast!  I like it.  This is my de-load week so I didn't really do any deadlifts.  I shose instead to practice making hip to bar contact in the clean.  I basically took 12-15 minutes and worked up to a heavy muscle clean.  I really concentrated on meeting the bar with my hips and I stopped at a weight where i thought I would have to rebend my knees to catch it properly.  so, basically it was a montage of singles and triples ending with 3x1 @185.

I literally cant wait for thursday!  To eat some of my beautiful wife's delicious food (I will not be paleo) and to SQUAT!  I start my new 6th cycle!!!!
