The Athlete is back!!!

I'm pumped!!!!  Started off today with Squats!!  Before that, I have to cover last night.

Completed!  It was a great workout, made me feel athletic and like I was training for something.  I love CFFB!

I'm pumped because Holly starts her Heart of America 4 competition tonight!  The first wod is a 15:00 AMRAP of:
5 OHS 115/75
10 KBS 70/55
15 double unders
1 male and 1 female work at the same time and basically do a 5 minute AMRAP, with a running rep count.  They will do awesome!!!
