Warmed up by rolling each ITB 30x, back x30, calfs x20. I then went outside to do my athletic warmup:
1. Walk on heels ( legs straight and toes pulled up), jog back
2. Walk on toes (legs straight), jog back
3. Small skips( mid foot to toe off), jog back
4. Knee hug walk, jog back
5. High skips, jog back
6. Butt kickers, jog back
7. Lunge walk with twist forward
8. Lunge walk with twist backward
9. Carioca
10. High leg kicks, jog back
11. 2x15 band pull a parts
