Today was a lot of work for me so I will say up front that I did not get the sprints or the dumbell rows done. I may get it done tonight after work, or I may just fix myself an Anniversary Crown and coke...only time will tell...
Went in this am and got after my athletic warmup, then went right to pulling. Today is deadlift day.

After I finished, it was after 7 so I had to go home and prepare for work. I figure todays long shuttle is programmed in the realm of agility and quickness. Since I am agile,mobile, and hostile already; if I miss it I am OK :)
