Day two of my athletic warm-up! I like this, makes me feel like I am training again. Started with my deadlifts.

3+x 360, got 10 with straps :(
My conditioning was as follows;
perform 8 rounds of
3 power cleans @75% of bodyweight. 185 for my portly self.
40 yard sprint
My first round was 18 seconds, and is truley the only one actually timed accurately. Little Todd was using the clock at the same time so I just added :30 upon my return and kept it going. The total time to completion was 9:03. I enjoyed it and I like sprinting in my Reebok oly's :). tonight we rest!
